Breakfast in the garden was a lovely start to the day. The staff were excellent and very helpful.
My only comment would be that the canals next to it were quite noisy, beginning at 5 am.

This hotel has a fantastic location right on the Grand Canal with a private dock. This made it very easy for us to take water taxis to various destinations in Venice. It was also very convenient to transport our luggage from the airport to the hotel without having to take the public water, transportation and deal with any steep stairs or tight cobblestone streets
The staff was always courteous and very helpful.
