Beautiful room that is well located! Staff and check in was great as well! Very clean and comfortable! Will stay here again!

Double bed, smallest sink I’ve seen in a hotel, no instructions for coffee maker and couldn’t get it to work, very small pool, requested delayed checkout but housekeeping was banging in the door soon after regular check out, insisting they hadn’t heard and was I planning to stay another day? Texted main office and they only insisted housekeeping knew. Would not stay here again.

5 / 10

Small bathroom, but perfect for the two of us.

3 / 10

My husband and I both are disabled, I called the property and told them this. The room was decent however it was a tight fit for my mobility aides. The bathroom is ridiculously small and I didn't feel safe in the shower. There are no handrails in the shower. The service was top notch. Parking was a nightmare. No assigned handicapped spot. Dangerous to back out because you can't see past the property or other cars til others are right on top of you. I wouldn't have paid the price I did had I seen it first. We will be back to the island but we won't be staying at Haleys.
