We had a wonderful stay! The bed was so comfortable, the best I’ve ever had in a hotel. The included breakfast had a very large selection of japanese and western items. The staff was really helpful and even run to us to offer an umbrella when they noticed we were going outside during heavy rain. I wish I had planned to stay for two nights instead of only one. I will definitely stay there again if I go back to Beppu.

Amazing service to show me the way to a restaurant that I asked for. Excellent service and hospitality was very impressive.
