Extremely friendly staff, will come back again. Good location
8 / 10Excellent·janv. 2025
Great location to explore the city (15-minute walk to the City Palace, Hawa Mahal, etc). It is located on a busy corner which has its perks and disadvantages. The staff is very helpful and kind, the room was clean and delicious food was available at the restaurant for breakfast. We struggled a bit with getting hot water in the shower but that’s probably on us!
8 / 10Excellent·mars 2020
Pros: safe, spacious, centrally located, courteous staff
Cons: noisy, hot water is not always available, toilet flush malfunctioned twice during a 2-night stay

Very helpful staff when I had 1.5 hours of trouble with a taxi scheduled. The desk staff was calm, cool and collective coordinating multiple phone calls. Definitely recommend this hotel!
