Laurentia Hotel

This is a nice hotel. The furniture looked a little dated but the bed was still comfortable. My son and I stayed here for 4 days, coming over from Ireland. The breakfast were nice. The hotel was about 30 walk from the centre and about 7/8 minutes walk from the train station. You can get to the Colosseum in about 2 minutes from the train station and the Train station also connects straight to the airport. There are local shops and restaurants right beside the hotel. The staff were all very friendly and very helpful. And the hotel was very reasonably priced. All in all, a nice stay. I would definitely stay again.

Nice location a little outside the main hustle and bustle of Rome. Easy 10 min walk to Termini and the metro and trains making it easily accessible from the airport. Staff was excellent. Very attentive and nice every time you walk in the door. Breakfast was included and included all of your typical European breakfast favorites. Room was cleaned every day. It was a very pleasant stay.

Great location near Termini Station. The room was calm, comfortable, and quiet with no noise issues. Overall, the stay was pleasant, but the breakfast needs improvement in terms of quality and variety.

Staff really helpful and friendly, and breakfast was reasonable. The hotel is quite dated but the room was comfortable and clean and was a good base to explore Rome for the price we paid. The area around the hotel looks a bit run down but it feels safe and really comes alive in the evening with a good choice of restaurants and bars. Expedia says check in is 12pm, its actually 2pm. We stayed in a 4 bed room and again Expedia said there was a fridge in the room which was incorrect - no fridge. The advertised air con in rooms is centrally controlled by the hotel, and we found it to be very inadequate in August and the reason we have given the hotel a 3 star rating.
