I almost never leave reviews about hotels or their staff, but I felt like I had to leave one for this hotel.
When we arrived, it was really late because our flight was delayed for hours. Unfortunately, the staff member who welcomed us wasn’t very friendly the guy and was a bit rude to both of us.
Luckily, the morning staff were amazing. Especially the gentleman who looks after the luggage. I didn’t get his name, but he was so kind, friendly, funny, and welcoming.
He honestly made our stay so much better, and I’d definitely come back to this hotel because of him.

2 rooms for me and friends. Great location, very friendly staff. Sadly on our last day there was no hot water so cold showers all round and the WiFi was hit and miss. Would stay again though!
