Very old well maintained hotel. Does show its age but is a historic building still being used. Breakfast is good. Staff very helpful.

The hotel charged a tourist tax upon chicken that was previously not disclosed.
The room was clean, but some of the walls had some mildew.
The bar attendant was extremely helpful and professional.

The room was nice size. The staff was wonderful and kept our baggage for a small fee while we traveled to Pisa for a couple of days. Also kept it for free as we wondered around town before our cruise left the day we checked out. Breakfast was amazing so many different choices, clean, and delicious!
Close to the train station for our travel to Pisa. And there’s a shuttle bus you can catch right near the hotel.
