Great location

The Westin Shanghai is in a great location, close to the Bund and to lots of different dining options. It's very clean, has some good restaurants of its own and a foreign-money exchange machine (very handy!). The room was clean and the bed was comfy, although perhaps a little different to the Heavenly Beds in North America (a little firmer, I think), as are the pillows.

Great property near main attractions. Hotel is clean but dated. They do a lot of work to keep the property clean.

Great location and very good size room. Nice and quiet even though it’s very close to the Bund.
