First they placed us in a smoking room, rooms are small generally, when we moved to the second room, the welcome tray of fruit was not given back to us, the furnitures and the shower faucet were broken we had to call the engineer to fix it, soap container wad broken, no amenities in the bathroom, overall we have been in many four seasons before, this was the worst, we are not going back. PS employees were kind and polite, but the place needs more spending to match other four seasons.
