Excellent location on Reforma a few blocks from Chapultepec, essy walking distance to the Museum of Anthropolgy and History, Tamayo and Modern Art museums, Ángel de Independencia, etc.
Room was spacious. Bed was good. Fully equipped kitchen although you're own your own for supplying anything e.g. coffee, tea, supplies. Food options nearby were definitely touristy.
A fair amount of street noise and if there was AC I did not see it, so you might need to leave open the terrace door.
I would stay here again, fair price for the location.

The hotel is well located with a lot of restaurants and small convenience stores close by

Staff should have added more toilet paper and aconditioner to the room.

1: They are very strict about check-in times. If you're 3 hours early, you're gonna wait 3 hours.
2: If you are sensitive to a noise, do not get a streetside view room. The honking and sirens and traffic noises are fairly constant from about 6.30 in the morning until 11.30 at night, but in exchange for that, the view is great.
3: The rooms were clean. The elevators were fast. security was good.
I would also say if you're just visiting Roma Norte or possibly getting picked up for tours, you don't need a rental car.
There are e-bikes for rent for the week for like 20 American dollars right outside of the hotel, and almost everything that you would want to do in Roma Norte is in walking distance.
