Great find. Convienent location. Clean. Nice bonus breakfast. Close to the docks/airport (fun location with parks, water, shops). Complimentary shuttle. Would return.

Staff seemed irritated at check in and airport shuttle driver had no sense of urgency when we were told it ran every 20 mins in the mornings. Since we wanted breakfast first, we had to wait 30 mins and then the bridge went up so the wait time was extended. Room was nice. Bathroom was nice and spacious. Shower had shampoo/conditioner/body wash that smelled great

The food and shuttle personnel were fabulous. They made every effort to make sure that we were happy and went above and beyond. The front desk staff were cold and seemed annoyed that they had to talk to us or answer any questions that we had. Almost felt like we were being ignored.

Our second overnight stay here....excellent staff, friendly, helpful and courteous. The shuttle drivers were the best both for airport pickup and delivery to the airport which is just a few minutes away.
One drawback is the lack of restaurants being an industrial area but a short walk revealed a corner quick-mart and with the fabulous kitchen in the room dinner was easy.
Five stars all around.
