Everyone of the staff you encountered always greeted and acknowledged you no matter what position they held at the hotel. Their words and actions recognized your importance as as guest. It felt like it was a business owned and operated by the employees.
The breakfast and evening snacks were hot and well supplied. Best hotel experience I've had in a very long time
Keep it up!!

Loved the cocktail hour with amazing food that worked as dinner. The pool was great and also the breakfast in the morning. It was my first time bringing my dog and everyone was so nice and she did great!

The staff were friendly and very helpful and the hotel was clean. Everything about the place was excellent including the snack at night which is actually a full meal, and the breakfast in the morning, not to mention the free adult drinks, although limited still very good. Hot tub is great also. Will definitely stay again. It's worth the little bit extra you pay.
