Besides the price which is very reasonable. Each time that we travel to Chico, always stay at this motel. I find the staff friendly and plenty of parking and the rooms are always clean. Next time we are in Chico our #1 Choice.

Room was decent. Couldn’t reach the hotel by phone. Service was okay. The cleaning guy brought fresh towels everyday.
