The whole hotel was clean, tidy, organised and relaxed, to us as guests. The staff were all very helpful and knowledgeable and were clearly well trained for their roles within the hotel.
The rooms are a good size and were very clean and uncluttered whilst having everything you needed for your stay.
I guess Manchester was always going to be expensive to stay, particularly on the weekend of the Half Marathon so our fee was probably not out of line with other hotels on this weekend of a national event.
