The room was clean. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, and the amenities were much needed. I enjoyed my stay.

There was a snafu at check in and I got the keys for the wrong room. The front desk staff caught the error before I reached the room and called me and had the right keys waiting when I came back. Yes, it was an error at check in; but, it was very quickly and professionally handled.
