Avis et évaluations
8 / 10Excellent·juill. 2026
The property was in good shape but it’s definitely an older hotel. The room was clean but quite small. We didn’t have much space to stay in the room and we weren’t able to open the windows as they looked out onto a rooftop full of mechanical and exhaust systems. It was super close to the train which was great for walking with luggage, but it’s in a very rough part of Naples. I likely wouldn’t book the hotel again but was very impressed with the fantastic staff. They were super helpful with suggestions and directions for anything and everything. So if I chose this hotel again it would be because of the great experience we had with the staff

"A very nice hotel, clean, in a good location and with very helpful staff. A special mention for Gianfranco who went above and beyond when I accidentally cut myself and needed to stop the bleeding at 0..."
