I had a very enjoyable stay with no problems. It was difficult to fit the luggage cart in the elevator but otherwise everything was great. I was disappointed to find that the laundry wasnt a facility but rather was a service so I couldn't do laundry at my leisure. But there was a lavenderia nearby so it worked out alright. It was noisy from traffic during the world cup match especially but I plan to stay again.

Check in very good,
Room service terrible. I asked for a Burger and ketchup. Bacon was extra cooked and Ketchup never arrived... Not even after I complained. Very disappointing...
Apart from that my stay was good, rooms are very good and front desk very friendly.
