Excellent location and a full bar amenities from 2 pm-10 pm. The breakfast buffet was good and healthy. I would stay here again next time.

I like the washing machine and dryer next to the hotel. I room are small but clean.
Sometimes I see some peoples things inside the elevator like socks. Kind of annoying. I guess people accidentally drop there stuff. Someone needs to do rounds more frequently

Love the location, can’t beat it. As soon as you’re off the elevator, Namba and Dotonbori is right there!
If you chose to have the lounge access, it’s open from 2pm to 9:30pm. It technically closes at 10:00pm, but they start shutting everything down by 9:30pm. Free soft drinks, beer, sake, wine and some hards. Pancakes and chips, nuts and cheese. Good to chill after a long day of shopping and touring.
