It was really a great stay. You could feel the history. We'll definitely be back. Food was great. Staff was pleasant and helpful.

We came for one night to visit with friends. And my husband likes bourbon. We chose this place to stay on a whim, but now we def want to come back. Room was so cute. Bed was comfy. History of the building and town were amazing. We did not partake in the complimentary breakfast, but we heard it was yummy and made to order. The bar downstairs had great service and live music. There was a public balcony to hear other music. Just a cool experience.

When in or the tavern gives you the map study it before you walk the roads to check everything. Besides that the restaurant and the hotel was very good.

We stayed in the Jesse James room. It was nice. Bed was comfortable. The breakfasts included downstairs were good. The balcony was a nice spot to people watch. Nice, central location made walking very easy to sightsee around Bardstown. The people were friendly and helpful.
