Great location, friendly staff. Rooms in the upper floor were very small. Hotel has no air conditioning and thus the rooms were extremely hot, The provided ventilators were not enough to cool the rooms during the heatwave in June. I would not recommend this hotel in summer.

Lovely stay and so convenient! Right by the palace.

Arrival at the hotel was easy. About 5 minutes slow walk from the rail, staff helped get our bags upstairs and gave us a good welcome. However part of the hotel is without an elevator and our room was 2 steep floors up. Room 52 was under the eaves in the roof with 2 skylight windows each side. Windows were shut, blinds were up and it was 32 + degrees outside ..... extremely warm inside. We utilised the fan.
Breakfast was terrific- a great start and the Palace was about 5 minutes walk. Street side restaurants are everywhere
