The room was exceedingly comfortable, well stocked, the staff was friendly and helpful, and I had a lovely time.

The inside of our condo was clean and well decorated with everything moose. The condo building seemed dated. There would not have been enough parking at the building if all the units were occupied.
The hostess at the upstairs restaurant was rude and unwelcoming. The host at the other restaurant was friendly but disappeared while looking for a table and did not return before we gave up and left. We stayed one night and didn't eat on the property. Our interactions with the restaurant hostess ruined our impression of the property.
This was the most expensive room of our trip to VT, NH, ME, MA and RI and definitely not the nicest. Poor value and poor attitudes.

Great stay! Our lodge room was wonderful. We had an excellent dinner at the grille Sunday and there was live music!
Staff couldn’t be more accommodating. Turns out I left my credit card at the grille and didn’t realize it until we were long gone. I called the next day. They’re sending it to me by mail. Awesome folks!
