8 / 10Excellent·juill. 2026
The staff was pleasant and gave helpful information at check in. The room was clean and the property was located in a great location for walking to shops, restaurants and the ferry. The air conditioning unit did not pump out much cool air and the shower had very little pressure. This hotel worked great as a place to land and sleep since we were very active during the day and didn’t spend a lot of time there.

No complaints. Even if I had one, Brandon at the front desk went above and beyond in every way possible for any question or request we had. He was absolutely wonderful and friendly and gave us suggestions for things to check out in the area. I truly hope his boss or supervisor or who ever he reports to knows how much he goes above and beyond for the guests! Five stars for Brandon!
