Very good. Reception was a little slow and what would normally be a minor issue re room upgrade was more challenging than elsewhere.
On the plus side, the shower was fantastic, house keeping excellent, concierge terrific, restaurants very good, breakfast good.
The important question would I recommend the Four Seasonns, the answer is yes
