10 / 10Remarquable·juill. 2026
Very brief stay as was asleep within half hr of arriving at 21:30 and away by 4am
But couldn’t fault the place at all and very helpful reception who had to endure the customers from hell in front of me. Totally unjustified behaviour and she handled it like a champ 10/10

Spacious family room, very clean and quiet. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast though it is off site in the motorway services.

The room was great value, Friendly staff, clean comfy bed etc Only issue which was my fault for not doing my homework, I hadn`t realized the hotel was on the Gretna services and not in Gretna Green its self! it was to far to walk safely to have a look around and a drink.
But other than that great place for an overnight stop while on your way up or down Scotland/England.

My room was clean and tidy when I arrived. The lady on reception was very helpful and efficient when I checked in.
On leaving the next morning the two staff were again very pleasant even though it was 3.30am.
