We just spend a night, but it was very comfortable

This was a good place to stay not far from Modena center. Our room was large with a comfortable king bed . Good AC as it was during a heat wave
We did not take advantage of the breakfast so I cannot comment on that. The lobby was spacious and had vending machines, supplies and snacks for purchase
Good value as well
Appreciate the plentiful parking too
Modena is a great place to visit. Not so busy with tourists like other cities.

More of a businessman's hotel. But staff very helpful with tourist options. We didn't do breakfast; a great cafe in the street for a coffee fix and a wonderful bakery/cafe about a five-minute walk away. Also, an authentic Italian restaurant at the Hosteleria (five minute walk). Hotel impeccable and modern. We used it as a base to visit Ferrari museums
