Great gem of a hotel. Had a great 1 night stay in a single room for whilst visiting the Lytham Festival. Room had a single bed with shower en suite. Television, ketle and tea and coffee. Bed linen and towels included. As was a full breakfast, cooked to order with choice of cereals. Yes the rooms need a little tlc with the odd spot of flaking paint. This was a minor point in what was a fabulous stay. I slept well, room was dark, bed comfy. There's a plug in radiator if needed. Jeanette was the perfect host. Already looking to rebook for the illuminations.
