Excellent hotel, extremely convienient for visiting a patient at LRI. Staff amazingly friendly and helpful.
8 / 10Excellent·juill. 2026
There was an issue with our booking which we felt wasn't handled well by the staff in reception, but waiting staff in restaurant were much more accommodating. We have stayed at Voco before, but this stay wasn't quite as good as our last. Breakfast was understaffed and took over half an hour to bring 2 poached eggs on toast, minus the toast. Poached eggs were hard. We did receive it for free when complained. Everything comfortable and in good working order in room.
