Staff was very helpful and the breakfast is the best there is. We’ll always come back and stay at Holiday Inn Express.

The front desk staff were extremely polite and helpful. There was a small plumbing issue with the toilet but they did give us a plunger seemingly fixing the issue. I would have rated 10 out of 10 if not for the lady handling breakfast she was extremely rude impatient unfriendly): I only ate breakfast one of my 3 dsys because I was appalled by her rude behavior. She made me feel unwelcome and un comfortable. I was there for a funeral and her unkind attitude really upset me.

Both check in and check out front desk staff were especially pleasant and friendly. Wonderful bed and spacious bathroom. Very good full breakfast (not the routine continental). Highly recommend.

Everything was great! The only thing is the hot tub is still having issues. Doesn’t seem to be as an importance, but to us it is. Food is great, but they do need to keep watch on the yogurts because I caught a lot of them expired.
