We got upgraded when checking in. Lovely room towards the back of the building. The room was a bit hot but we were able to keep the door to the garden open. Great location as well.

Most of the staff was wonderful, but when the ice machine doesn’t work at 5:30 in the morning, the front desk clerk was very dismissive even though I told him my husband had a fever and we really needed the ice.

The best staff, extremely helpful and friendly. They would do anything for us. They even got us an emergency taxi when our pre booked airport shuttle didn't turn up.

Excellent location for a conference that I was attending. Large room. Very functional and quiet. Room had even a distant sea view. Excellent value for money.
