Good location in Perrache next to the T2 tram which runs to/from the main station at Part Dieu.
10 mins walk to Vieux Lyon which is the characterful part of Lyon.
Bars and restaurants nearby.
Very clean, good breakfast (including hot items).
Room was compact but had view over Place Carnot.
I would stay here again.

Everything was great! Hotel was clean and comfortable. Staff helpful and breakfast was delicious. I wish there was more counter top space in bathroom but that is a minor issue
