A lovely place to stay after a days cycling. We were greeted warmly and shown to the room. We were able to secure our bikes in the garage.
Dinner was excellent and breakfast was fine with lots of choice. All in all, a very good nights stay.

I would definitely stay here again, it was such a great location to catch the ferry from Cherbourg and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We checked in quite late, around 7pm, parking and taking my dog were no problem, it was all so easy and in an incredibly impressive historical building. There is a restaurant in the hotel which we didn’t try and also quite a few other places to eat within the town. It felt very safe and quiet.

Great historic building and history, pity the restaurant has now closed but we were booked into the local excellent Bistro by the gate
