Great place to stay! We loved our room and the location. The cafe was amazing for a coffee.

Very comfy accommodation in superb location in Mitte. The staff were very helpful and the facilities were fantastic. I love the conscientious approach with some of the communal facilities (kitchen utensils, pans, washer, dryer, iron etc) downstairs rather than in every room. And the free access to the gym opposite was great - fab range of equipment.
My only slight concern was security as anyone could enter the hotel floors from the street. I didn’t have or wasn’t aware of any issues though.

This hotel is just a few minutes walk from Alexanderplatz which made taking the train around the city very easy. Lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. Our suite room had plenty of room for us. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the rain shower had lots of water pressure. The staff was very friendly and helpful. This hotel offered self check-in at a kiosk but someone came to help us immediately. We were about an hour early to arrive but she was able to get us into an available room right away. We would definitely stay here again!
