My granddaughters and I thoroughly enjoyed this accomodation. The staff there were amazing and incredibly helpful. Felt like their goal was to ensure the best service was given.

Very convenience location, excellent service and very clean.

Clean and centrally located, room was quiet but a little out-dated. Breakfast was a disappointment—tinned (!) fruit was served every day along with packaged slices of cheese and meat—as if the management wanted to save as much money as possible while advertising that breakfast is included in room rate.

This was a great find in Venice. This old building is well maintained and clean. The breakfast was one of the best; all of the choices were freshly prepared and tasty. To find this place, cross the first canal into Venice and make an immediate right turn. Ita around the bend, about 300 meters, + or -.
Also, you are off the “beaten path,” on the canal, with a vaporetto station right there.
