Without a doubt, Four Seasons provides top notch experience in every aspect, but I would like to stress how professional and high standard the service that we received there. All the staff was extremely courteous. It was a wonderful getaway!

The resort is incredible. The rooms are even bigger than they show online. They back right onto vines which is such a beautiful experience. The staff is so accommodating and everything was wonderful.
One small hiccup - the restaurant Truss was a bit of a nightmare. 3 hours for a quick dinner. Dirty dishes everywhere. Was told by a female manager there that a more important table came in last min so the rest of us tables would have to suffer. (Not what you expect from the Four Seasons level of service)
Everything else, though, was INCREDIBLE. Attention to detail was everything in this hotel.
Oh! And Le Labo amenities! Such a bonus.
