Clean and as expected! Staff was polite and professional. The room was cozy and a/c super cold. It was on the very edge of Polanco but still very walkable and centrally located. My only complaint is that it took a bit of tries to figure out the hot and cold water in the shower but figured it out.

The rooms are comfortable and nicely appointed. Friendly and helpful staff. Great offerings at breakfast and good restaurant choices nearby.
I would definitely stay here again.
