Very clean and bright room! The woman at reception was extremely helpful and kind. I did purchase the breakfast for children and I would say that it was lacking for the price. There are a lot of bakeries and coffee shops within walking distance which would be a better value. It was nice that the hotel offered free coffee and hot drinks throughout the day.

Location is premiere. Room is small but cozy. Elevator fits only 2 persons. Wifi is good. Windows insulate the outside noise very well. Keep in mind, the lobby is upstairs and is very tiny. Coffee and snacks are available. We enjoyed the stay. Next time probably will do more days.

Had a lovely 3 night stay at the Rosa Hotel with my daughter. Hotel is in a great location near to the Train stations, shopping centre and tourist areas. Loved that we could come back and sit in the communal area to get a drink and some cake before heading out again. Would stay again if in Lille.

Great little hotel in an excellent location, just a short walk from the Eurostar station, Old Town, and Westfield. Comfortable rooms, good breakfast, and friendly staff. We couldn't fault it and would happily stay again.
