Very clean almost everywhere.
However, I never saw anyone working on the pool, doing cleaning or adding chemicals so, I am a little concerned by that

The location is ideal, especially if you are going to Isla Mujeres. The property and room were exceptionally clean. The housekeepers do a great job. The bathroom amenities are very basic and few. The front desk staff would benefit from more customer service training. There's a barrier post at the cafeteria entrance, which makes it appear closed all the time. The menu was limited to eggs only. I was able to access transportation easily from the hotel, and I found the area relatively safe.
