It’s an older motel that has been refurbished. It’s on a busy street. But, it’s clean! There is a little refrigerator, microwave, and iron/ironing board. Things quieted down about 10:30pm on a Saturday night. We wanted a less expensive place to stay for one night and this fit the bill!

Very very clean. Walkable to town. Cool taqueria next door. Lovely garden. Fairly quiet neighborhood. Best bargain in town!

I chose the least expensive or second least expensive hotel in Napa on the fly. Booked the hotel three hours later and showed up. It’s a motel, quiet, safe, and has some really nice gardens out front.
This is not a four star resort, but it’s functional, in the middle of town, and best of all they don’t seem to use computers. You gotta love that.
I don’t think I could stay there with two people for more than one night, but I could stay there alone for multiple nights in a row if I had to.
