The standout for the hotel was the receptionist that greeted us on arrival, it was during the last heatwave and we had travelled from London by train, he was very professional, the bed was very comfortable and the room large, the air con was a little patchy we kept having to reset it, maintenance was coming to fix it towards the end of our stay. We used the swimming pool, which maybe could of done with a lifeguard because there were slightly irritating swimmers splashing etc

Very comfortable stay. Bathroom was well designed with (very rare for the UK) a powerful shower. The bedroom was a little stuffy as we were unable to open any windows, the ac was fine. Breakfast was fine, not sure why more seasonal fruit is not available but that still seems to be the norm nowadays. Swimming pool was a plus.
Overall a very good hotel.

Hotel was clean. Check in not available on time but put the bags in storage for a while, so not too inconvenient. Good location.
