I had a wonderful stay at NH Puebla and truly appreciated the excellent hospitality from the staff. The hotel was comfortable, clean, and in a great location for exploring the city.
A special thank you to Consuelo from housekeeping, who was incredibly kind, attentive, and always made sure my room was spotless. Her dedication and warm attitude made my stay even more enjoyable.
I also want to recognize Fernanda at the front desk. She was welcoming from the moment I arrived and provided excellent recommendations and local tips that helped me make the most of my visit to Puebla. Her professionalism and friendly service were greatly appreciated.
Thank you to the entire NH Puebla team for making my trip such a pleasant experience. I look forward to staying with you again on my next visit!

We were not impressed with the restaurant breakfast. Room cleaning each day was unpredictable. Some days missing towels. Some days lack of toilet paper. Every day the key cards didn’t work even when we went out of our way to protect them. It was very frustrating!
