We were greeted upon arrival as if they had been waiting for us all day! The rooms are in an older building that is well maintained. Breakfast was included and cooked to order. We were offered Irish coffee in the evening when we returned to our room, everything about this hotel was classy,

Lovely place, however the room was very small.
Helpful friendly staff & delicious breakfast. Easy walk to St Stephens Green & beyond.

Well maintained and competitively priced hotel on the south side of Dublin city centre. Tastefully decorated rooms in a pair of former Georgian town houses. Be aware that rooms in Number 68 will involve going out and back in to Number 70 to access breakfast room. Good selection of breakfast options were served, though number of available tables may mean a short wait at busy times.
