We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Colombia. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Every employee we interacted with was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The excellent customer service made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Colombia. Thank you for making our trip so enjoyable!

The place itself is good, the food was reasonable, some dishes are good and tasty, and some are less so, the professional staff seemed to be working without enthusiasm while we were there, and that was what I missed in return for the price and for a family hotel

Our stay at Las Camelias was absolutely wonderful! The place is beautiful, very organized, and perfect for families with small children. Everything felt comfortable, safe, and well maintained. A special thank you to Mauricio, the waiter by the poolside, who was amazing and made our experience even better with his kindness and great service. We truly enjoyed our time here and will definitely be back!

Tourist trap. You will get charged per child $100 per night. You have to pay for every activity. Staff is not friendly compared to other hotels in Colombia. Food is expensive and mediocre compared to other hotels within Colombia. Will not be coming back to this hotel.
