Room was lovely and clean. Bed was comfortable. Manager was reluctant to reprogram our air conditioner thermostat to enable to set it cooler even after we told her it was too hot at night. She finally acquiesced. Other than that, our requests were handled quickly and effectively.

The front desk and staff were super helpful and FRIENDLY! The atmosphere was great, not stilted.
The bed and pillows were AWESOME.
I would book with them again in a heartbeat!
Not to mention being next door to the train station if you’re going there with the Amtrak.
