This was a nice place for a stopover upon landing. We were met personally by the owner, who allowed us to check in very early (which was much appreciated with jet-lag). He personally drove us to the airport the next day. The town was a quaint walk very close to the hotel.

Perfect Overnight Stay Before an Early Flight We booked AVR Suites for just one night before our early morning flight, and it was exactly what we needed. We checked in around 5:00 PM and stayed in the suite for the evening since we had to wake up very early the next morning. The suite was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped, more like a private Airbnb than a traditional hotel. It had everything we needed for a restful overnight stay. What made our stay especially convenient was the complimentary airport taxi service. The property is only about a 10-minute drive from Athens International Airport, making our early departure completely stress-free. The staff was courteous, responsive, and provided clear instructions before our arrival, making the check-in process simple and hassle-free. Their service was much appreciated. The property was very clean and offered coffee and waters. The bed was comfortable and the shower was one of the best features. The AC worked great. Our host arranged for our taxi to get to the apartment, and then offered the free shuttle the next morning. We communicated easily through WhatsApp. The apartment was a 10-minute walk from the downtown area, and we found great pizza and baklava. It was a lovely evening the night before we were to fly out of Athens. I recommend! Gayle
