I spent 10 wonderful nights here and I thoroughly enjoyed my time. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful especially Adi who was the attendant for my room upstairs (216).
The cleanliness over the entire resort was great. I have no complaints whatsoever and will be back next year.
I loved my bed and pillows and the balcony outside which I made full use of every single day. The fragrance of the Frangipani trees was just gorgeous too and my little visitors, the squirrels were a delight.
The breakfast had everything you could choose from and the staff in the restaurant were so welcoming as well.

Stayed for 3nights
Room clean though bathroom needed updating,tiles marked,shower leaked+++,drain blocked.
Staff were amazing,fridge didn’t work,they replaced immediately
Breakfast was fabulous,huge variety of cuisines,fresh cooked eggs and noodle station
Huge variety of breads and pastries ,juices,cereals
Coffee machine that made the best coffee my husband has drunk in Bali!

Great stay! Beautiful room and the hotel grounds were amazing with lush plants, flowers, Koi ponds and fountains everywhere. They have created a nice oasis here that helps keep the Kuta hustle and bustle at bay. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast spread is surprisingly good with lots of choices, like omelettes, sausage, croissant, fruit juices, and typical Balinese food options as well, to help you start the day right! I highly recommend this hotel!
