Just wow! It was such a real privilege to have had the opportunity to be guests at this stunning family palace, and to have been hosted by Riccardo, the great grandson of the original owner. From the moment we stepped inside the building we could not believe our eyes. Every room has very high exquisitely painted ceilings. Our room, despite being the cheapest option, which was still amazing value for money, was very spacious, scrupulously clean, and beautiful furnished with the most comfortable bed I've ever slept on. The bathroom was also big with a great shower. The aircon was very effective too. Riccardo prepared us a copious breakfast, accompanied by an energy boosting fresh smoothie. He also recommended a seafood restaurant where we ate really well in Santa Maria al Bagno which is also a cute and lively place with a beach in the old town where people were still swimming at 1 am! Free parking is available almost opposite the palace. I highly recommend this place without hesitation. You will pinch yourself to make sure you are not living a dream!
