On arrival our room type wasn’t available as the air conditioning wasn’t working however a delux room was allocated and the appropriate compensation was given.
We switched to all inclusive at the last minute and found it was one of the best we had. The only frustrating thing was not being able to have the bar menu between 1-4pm.
The staff were all friendly and the property was maintained.
We will likely return in the future.

Great food and service in the restaurant catering for gluten free very well. The suite is the best room choice as you get the sun all day. The pools are very cold so be aware but there is a great indoor spa area that is perfect. One mark down on service as it took a long time for drinks to arrive when you ordered them on the app for delivery to the pool but other than that it was perfect and we will be back. Well done to the Barcelo team.

Clean, modern, low rise hotel with many pool options; beach a good walk away; staff less than helpful and nobody stood out; a la carte restaurant only open 3 nights per week from September; very good breakfast options.
