8 / 10Excellent·juill. 2026
The staff went above and beyond to address any questions or concerns. The housekeeping staff ( particularly the young woman who worked the weekend of July 18/19) was extremely personable and helpful. She also conducted herself very professionally.
The only suggestion I have is to get the door locks fixed/upgraded to prevent folks from being unable to enter their rooms as the cards frequently didn’t work.

The staff was great and the location of the hotel was close to shopping. The only downside was that the hot tub was shut down.
