The room and kitchenette were very clean, the staff were courteous and helpful, and the hotel was conveniently located for our visit to Iowa City.

Had some lady bugs in the room but otherwise clean

During the night right after we retired (around 12 or 12:30 pm) several individuals were on the sidewalk right next to our unit #101 Efficiency King. They were talking very loud (sometimes shouting) and had rap music playing loudly. (It sounded like they were in the next room of OUR suite! After listening to it for over an hour, we called the front desk to complain. It took 2 calls to the desk and over an hour before they were quiet.
The breakfast was also very disappointing!
