Over night front desk agent who checked us in was very friendly. We would stay at this hotel just because he was very nice.

perfect location for me, esp cuz hotel is steps away from subway exit (good for rainy days) -
- quality breakfast, my room had a window that opened (better than hotels with no view and no way to adjust the room temp)
